I got the idea for this card off the SCS gallery the other night. I hadn't really used much from the Tart and Tangy set yet and was looking for some ideas.
Again, it's a really simple, easy card to make, but I like it.
Stamps: Tart and Tangy, On Your Birthday (Both SU)
Ink: Riding Hood Red (SU), white, green
Paper: Riding Hood Red, Basic Black (SU), green
Other: Scallop circle punch, 1 3/8" circle punch, 1 1/4" circle punch (all SU), Cuttlebug folder, ribbon (Michaels), White Gel Pen (SU)
