Is summer over?

Is it too late to make a popsicle card? I saw variations of this card all summer, but never got around to making one until tonight.

I bought popsicle sticks over a month ago so I could make one, but I was waiting til I got the Tart and Tangy set. Then I was just waiting til I had time to make it! :P

Stamps: Tart and Tangy (SU)

Ink: Tangerine Tango (SU)

Paper: Chocolate Chip, Tangerine Tango, Baja Breeze (all SU)

Other: Scallop punch, 1 3/8" punch, 1 1/4" punch (all SU), ribbon, popsicle stick
