I made a card like this for a friend of mine, and then made another because I liked it so much!
The hearts are from the Always stamp set, and the brown one is stamped with Versamark (you can use it on any colour of paper and it just makes the stamp like a watermark, so it's a bit darker than your cardstock).
Stamps: Always (SU), Short & Sweet (SU)
Paper: Chocolate Chip (SU), Brocade Blue (SU), other paper from Michaels
Ink: Chocolate Chip (SU), Brocade Blue (SU)
Other: Ticket Corner Punch (SU), brads, ribbon, paper flower
